Zoom needs to be updated on a regular basis. In some cases, Zoom will not allow you to enter a meeting unless you have updated your copy of Zoom. Zoom will often prompt you for an available update when you open Zoom. You should update Zoom any time you are prompted for an update.
Follow the steps below to manually check for updates.
Log into your Zoom program on your computer.
Up in the right hand corner, you will your initials, or your picture. Click that icon to get this menu. On the menu, click "Check for Updates".
Follow the prompts, and your copy of Zoom will be updated to the latest version.
