For midterm and final exams CWSL uses the Examplify exam software from ExamSoft. The use of Examplify is mandatory for midterm and final exams. We will run three types of exams in Examplify:
- Secure Exam: Examplify locks a student's computer into a secure exam mode. Students will have access to the exam only, nothing else will be accessible on their computer. Once the exam is finished, Examplify will return the student's computer to normal mode and automatically upload answers.
- Non-Secure Exam: Examplify will act just like any other program on your computer. Students have access to the programs and data on your computer during the exam.
- Non-Secure Exam-No Internet: Same as a Non-Secure exam, but all network access is blocked. You will have no access to any information or materials on the Internet.
