Intel or Apple Processor
To download Examplify for a Mac laptop, you get two choices:
Apple used to use Intel chips in all of their laptops. In the last few years, Apple has begun manufacturing their own processor chips for their computers. You will need to know which chip your computer has, so you know which install file to download.
Up in the upper left corner of your screen, find the apple icon. Click the apple, then click "About This Mac"
This will give you a window with details about your computer.
This window shows a Mac with an Intel chip.
For this one you would choose "Download for MAC with Intel Chip"
This window shows a Mac with an Apple chip.
For this one you would choose "Download for MAC with Apple Chip"
Once you have the install file downloaded, double click the file, and follow the prompts to install the software.
