Change Your Display Name In Zoom
When you use Zoom for a meeting or a class, you want everyone to see your name. But when you log in using Single Sign On, it only shows your CWSL email address. Use this procedure to change your profile so your real name will show in Zoom.
You cannot do this while you are already in a class.
Open your favorite web browser and go to cwsl.zoom.us
On this web page, click the Sign In button.
You may be prompted to log in to your Microsoft 365 account.
If you are already logged in to MS 365, it will take you straight to the next screen.
Here you can simply enter your first and last name in the form.
Once you have completed this process, your name will show up properly when you enter a meeting or class in Zoom.
